Every Machete taco starts with our signature tortillas, non-GMO, and hand-pressed. Corn cultivation traces back to the Pueblo tribes of the American Southwest as early as the 1200s, making it one of the oldest ingredients in Mexican cooking. At Machete, that tradition shows up in every taco on the menu.
We offer our tortillas by the dozen for you to take home to use in your favorite recipes. Choose from our traditional corn, blue corn, poblano, hibiscus, or squid ink varieties.
